CalBud AI — AI Calorie & Macro Tracker
Traditional calorie tracking is time-consuming, requiring users to search large food databases, estimate portions, and manually enter every meal. Ember created CalBud AI to make nutrition tracking faster, easier, and more sustainable through artificial intelligence. Ember built the complete iOS and Android application, customer-facing website, subscription system, and administrative platform. CalBud uses AI-powered image recognition to identify food and estimate calories and macronutrients from a photo, while also supporting barcode scanning, nutrition-label scanning, food search, progress tracking, hydration and weight logs, accountability groups, and personalized AI coaching. Golf courses often rely on disconnected systems to promote events, communicate with golfers, manage loyalty programs, and process food and beverage orders. Ember created Slyce to connect the entire golf-course experience in one centralized ecosystem. Designed and developed a complete digital platform for Patriots Lawn Care.
